The stats look very interesting. In any case, I’m fully supporting youใ =)
@SubHub Thank you for already providing the smart contract and contract owner details.
Starting from today, September 30, the minimum 7-day public discussion period on the forum was end.
After that, the Community Council can move forward to:
-
Internal evaluation phase
-
On-chain motion for whitelisting
All further status updates will be communicated here in this topic by a member of the ACC.
Hello again, team. I see you’ve been contributing to the ecosystem so far. I’m glad to see you here. I support you.
Thank you for your support!
Hello @SubHub ,
For the dApp Staking whitelisting process, the contract owner address must be a WASM (native) address, not an EVM one as provided.
As stated in the official documentation (Step 2: Set Up a Wallet & Deploy a Verified Smart Contract):
You will need a native Astar wallet (not Ledger or EVM-only) with some ASTR for gas fees.
Supported wallets: Polkadot.js (recommended), Talisman, Subwallet.
You can find the full guide here: Astar Docs – Register a dApp
We kindly ask you to provide a valid WASM contract owner address so that we can proceed with the next steps of the whitelisting.
Thank you in advance!
Hi everyone, thanks a lot for your support from the community.
Here’s the info for SubHub’s inclusion in the Astar dApp Staking program:
Owner & rewards recipient (Substrate):

@Community_Council we are excited to get started!
Update for DMAIL
The on-chain motion for the listing has been successfully executed — DMAIL is now officially whitelisted and can register on the Astar Portal under dApp Staking.
Motion reference: Motion #79 – DMAIL Listing
For reference, you can follow this guide to complete your registration:
Register a dApp in Astar Portal
Welcome aboard! ![]()
We’re happy to see DMAIL joining the Astar dApp Staking ecosystem.
Note about the contract owner address:
You provided the following WASM Developer Address on the Polkadot network:
1Tii5wAAzb7BT83JjHkHhgt42UaPskCPo1PtzDfhjgk2C4g
If you check the on-chain motion, you’ll see a different address displayed:
WQ213eB6Sxjxk9MqPgsBD21HTC3fntoLVn3yQSB21fBRhYU
This is completely normal — Substrate automatically converts the address format to the one corresponding to the Astar Mainnet network.
Both addresses represent the same account, just displayed in different network formats.
You can now proceed with your registration on the Astar Portal.

Congratulations to Dmail in retrospect. I’m not sure what the roadmap is in terms of communication going forward. Thank you very much. =)
