Dmail Network- dApp Staking Application

Dmail Network – dApp Staking Application

Introduction

Dear Astar community,

My name is Daniel James, COO of Dmail Network. We are honored to submit this application for Dmail to join the Astar dApp Staking program. Dmail is already fully integrated and deployed on the Astar EVM with the blessing of the Astar team, and we are eager to contribute significantly to the network’s growth in both unique active wallets (UAW) and transaction volume.

We respectfully ask for the support and vote of the @CommunityCouncil to help bring Dmail into Astar’s dApp Staking ecosystem.

Project Overview

Dmail Network is the communication backbone of Web3. It enables:

  • Decentralized, wallet-to-wallet messaging

  • Cross-chain notifications and subscriptions for dApps and users

  • NFT domains that double as digital identities and inboxes

  • Mail-to-Earn incentives for active participants

  • DePIN relay nodes ensuring decentralized message delivery

Dmail is currently live across 39+ chains and ranks among the top 15–20 Web3 projects globally by adoption, with millions of monthly active users.

Mission

Our mission is to make secure, private, and user-owned communication the default in Web3. We aim to empower projects to directly connect with their users, strengthen ecosystems like Astar with built-in messaging rails, and create a universal, decentralized communication layer that scales alongside blockchain adoption.

By integrating Astar into Dmail, we will:

  • Bring Astar’s community into our communication ecosystem.

  • Help Astar dApps retain and grow their users through direct wallet notifications.

  • Explore new utility by using ASTR as a payment method, gas token, or in-app currency for purchasing domains and services—if demand proves viable.

Team

Dmail is led by a globally distributed team of builders with extensive experience in blockchain, cryptography, and communication protocols.

Key contributors include:

The team has previously launched large-scale infrastructure products and is backed by a robust ecosystem of partners across 39 blockchains.

Security

We take a security-first approach across all layers:

  • Smart contracts are routinely audited and monitored.

  • Continuous bug bounty programs to reward white-hat disclosures.

  • Partnerships with external security providers for proactive monitoring.

  • DePIN relay architecture designed to eliminate single points of failure.

Past Performance & Milestones

  • 2M+ monthly active users (MAU) prior to DappRadar contract lapse; currently ~700k MAU reflected publicly due to integration pause. Renewal is underway:

  • Integrated with 39 blockchains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, and ICP.

  • Delivered 72M+ cross-chain messages and notifications.

  • Ranked among the top 20 projects by user adoption globally.

  • Fully deployed on Astar EVM, already live and generating activity.

Roadmap

Q4 2025

  • Launch native Subhub campaigns with Astar projects.

  • Drive Astar-specific UAW growth via Mail-to-Earn campaigns.

  • Renew DappRadar coverage for accurate MAU representation.

Q1–Q2 2026

  • Explore integrating ASTR as a payment option for Dmail domains.

  • Onboard additional Astar-native projects into Subhub messaging.

  • Expand smart contract monitoring and security layers.

Mid–Late 2026

  • Launch advanced identity features for Astar users (NFT-linked inboxes).

  • Introduce Astar-focused DePIN relay incentives.

  • Solidify Astar’s place as a flagship messaging chain in our ecosystem.

dApp Staking Reward Usage Breakdown

Rewards will be allocated to:

  • Ecosystem Incentives: Airdrops, Mail-to-Earn campaigns, and liquidity for Astar-specific adoption.

  • Product Development: Ongoing audits, new features, and chain integrations tailored to Astar.

  • Marketing & Growth: User acquisition campaigns, PR, and KOL activation with a focus on Astar visibility.

  • Operations: Supporting infrastructure costs to maintain high uptime and performance on Astar.

The Dmail team has been very supportive and has integrated the Astar EVM network in order to provide substantial support to our ecosystem. In addition, as @SubHub rightly mentioned, Dmail is a project experiencing remarkable adoption growth.

I just have one question, Daniel: are there any plans to integrate the ASTR token within Dmail in the future?

With nothing more to add, I’m in favor of its inclusion!

Great to see Dmail applying. The team has already shown strong support by integrating Astar EVM, and this can bring meaningful growth and utility to the ecosystem.

Wish you good luck fam.

Yes, absolutely.

The ASTR token will be integrated into Dmail in the near future.

Thank you for your support.

Thanks Matt. Much appreciated.

Thank you very much, Jay.

I’m glad to see Dmail joining the Astar ecosystem! I remember purchasing a domain on ICP quite a while ago.

I tried launching the app, and indeed it supports Astar — I was able to use ASTR as the transaction fee.

Thanks, happy to be involved!

Hi, thanks! This looks like a really well-structured product. We (AstarDegens DAO) are looking for a efficient way to keep our community informed besides X and our website. Maybe we can find a way to collaborate. I support the proposal!

Your domain name is dmail.ai, so curious as to where the AI comes into it..

Dmail has already integrated an AI assistant for productivity and we will be utilizing MPC soon to enhance user productivity.
Our roadmap heavily aligns with developments in AI for UX within our dapp.

In favor of listing Dmail.
It’s a well-known project across the Web3 space with millions of users, and I find it very interesting that ASTR could be explored as a payment method, gas token, or in-app currency.

This is a great opportunity that dmail is interested in joining the ecosystem together. If I may, I’d like to ask a few additional questions:

  1. What are dmail’s previous stats across various chains?

  2. How does the team plan to utilize $ASTR?

Wow, you’ve been with us for a long time. Thanks for the support!

Definitely, Jonas. We can give you free SubHub access which is a project our team has built exactly for this purpose, the support projects connecting p2p via wallets and DIDs. I am sure you’ll be seeing more of SubHub very soon as our TGE is in less than a month if all goes according to plan.

Appreciate your support, Simon. Yes, we will be integrating ASTR for sure.

We’re on 40 chains, so it would take quite some time and space to list everything.
But here’s some of the chains, noting that only 5 links are actually possible per post too.

We are able to drive traffic to chains that support DMAIL and who we support via points based incentives.

We will use ASTR to be able to make payments for domains, of which we have sold about 3 million USD worth. We will also explore other ways to utilize ASTR not only for DMAIL, but also SubHub too which will be strongly monetized.
