Lotto : Unstoppable Community Grant / dApp Staking Application

Great progress on the Lotto Multichain dApp! From cross-chain magic to VRF-powered fairness, you’ve nailed the foundation. The proposed upgrades (bye, OpenBrush; hello, NFTs and liquidity wizardry) sound exciting and worth the extra 4 months. Keep up the awesome work—can’t wait to see it live on mainnet! :rocket::tada:

It is refreshing to see a team coding in wasm&ink on astar/soneium. It should be encouraged.
Also functionalities which are proposed to be added would render user expenses more seamless
I’m all for it

Thank you for the updated information. The details are very clear. Anyway, may I ask about the next steps and what details they will involve? =)

Wow, Guigou! This is the kind of update we’ve been waiting for! I’m really excited about the progress, and we’ll support the developers who are putting in the effort to build.
Thank you!

Hello,

The dApp is live on Mainnet.
Soneium: https://lotto-evm.netlify.app/
Astar: https://lucky.substrate.fi/lotto/astar

The jackpot is 10,000 ASTR.

Due to the low transaction fee on Soneium, we have changed the configuration.
Now, the player must select 5 (instead of 4 as on the testnet) between 1 and 50.
There are 2,118,760 possible combinations. Without this change, it would have been advantageous to play all the numbers to get the jackpot.

We still have some improvement to do in the UI side.

Here is the address of the contracts with which the user interacts:

Please feel free to give us your feedback.

Hello,

Here’s an update regarding the Lotto dApp.

It’s registered on:

According to dAppRadar, there are approximately 700 to 800 daily transactions and this number continues to grow!

In the meantime, I’ve started to

  • upgrade the smart contracts from Ink! v4 to Ink! v5,
  • remove the OpenBrush library,
  • migrate the deprecated Phala contracts (aka Phat Contracts) to the new version on Phala Cloud.

Hi @GuiGou

Just a friendly reminder that Lotto still has to post monthly repport for second UCG period.
Normaly, you should have posted reports on April, May and june 5th.
Thanks for publishing June report ASAP.

Hello @Mouthmouth68

You’re right, I’ve been quite busy and unfortunately forgot to publish the latest reports.

On the development side, the following changes have been made to the contracts:

  • Removed the deprecated OpenBrush library from the wasm smart contracts and migrated them from Ink! v4 to Ink! v5.
  • Migrated the Phala Contracts (also known as Phat Contracts) to Phala Cloud.

I’m currently implementing NFTs as entry and reception tickets.
I’ve also reached out to the Sonova team to explore the use of their platform and consider a potential collaboration between our products/teams. I’m currently waiting for their response.

The good news is that my contracts will be ready for the upcoming Ink! v6 implementation, which will be compatible with the Revive pallet and RISC-V architecture. I’ll be prepared in case Astar Network decides to migrate to smart contracts using this setup.

We will be watching for further updates.

Thank you @GuiGou for the update! Which NFT marketplace do you plan to list the NFT?

I understand that the team is probably busy with project development. If the team has any plans for promotion or communication, please feel free to give feedback. The Thai community is happy to provide full support. =)

Thanks for the update! Great to hear about the Ink! v5 migration and Phala Cloud move—excited to see how the NFT ticketing and potential Sonova collab evolve. Looking forward to Ink! v6 readiness!
