User Response: Talentum has received highly positive feedback, with high percent of users participating in multiple campaigns. Clients highlight the platform’s ease of use, transparency, and measurable results. High task completion rates and consistent user retention confirm strong engagement and satisfaction.
Revenue and Expenses:
Revenue: Campaign fees, subscription plans, and transaction fees.
Expenses: Development, operations, marketing, and team salaries.
Competitors: Direct competitors like Galxe and Quest3 lack Talentum’s unique combination of KOL-driven campaigns, on-chain task tracking, and Web2 onboarding tools. Indirect competitors like Zealy and Rabbithole focus on specific niches but do not match Talentum’s holistic approach to user acquisition and engagement. Additionally, many projects choose to launch campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously to maximize reach.
Thank you very much for your answer. If I may, I’d like to ask a follow-up question about point 3.
I’m not sure if I understand correctly - normally, with projects that came before, people tend to be familiar with those projects and use them as usual. How does the team view the opportunities and obstacles in this aspect? =)
Typically, for things of the same type, people tend to stick with what they’re familiar with or what came first, and don’t change much. This includes dApps - for example, since Galxe came first, people tend to use Galxe first. In this case, how does the team view the challenges and opportunities in gaining market share in this area? =)
Thank you for the proposal. It’s an interesting tool to have within the ecosystem, and I believe UCG and dapp staking fit perfectly.
It’s important to consider that the team offers a service, and the success of the service will only happen if dapps in the ecosystem adopt and use it. In other words, the team alone cannot promote campaigns or add value to ASTR without demand from third parties — users, dapp owners, and teams.
I really like this marketing model for the dapps and think it could help bootstrap many projects within the Astar and Soneium communities.
