Yes, I believe that in order to keep dApp Staking, it needs to be managed. And it needs to be served by someone other than a specific dApps stakeholder.
I recognize that this is why we have a proposal like the DAO Collective, but it is also desirable that it be community driven, as this proposal is. I am fine with the form in which it can be done.
It would be easier to pay rewards if they were grouped together as an organization like the DAO Collective, as it would be easier to evaluate and monitor.
