Astar Portal Ledger Unstaking Problem

Hi there all,

First of all, i do not know if this is the right please to raise this clarification/problem.

I have staked $ASTR long time ago (before v2 to v3) and now i try. to withdraw them but i am getting error and can not do. anything.

The error code is: “28160: CLA Not Supported”

And to add this is not a general ledger issue because i can use it in other apps/wallets.

do you have any suggestions and/or advice on the subject?

Please join the Astar Discord and open a ticket in the support channel for better assistance from the team.

Your error is due to the recent Ledger update, you need to download the Polkadot Migration application and use it instead of the Astar Native application :
