Happ3n XYZ arriving Astar Community

I totally agree with you @MrKarahanli-Emre thanks to @Juminstock without him none of this synergy would be born, and of course to Astar community and Astar Ambassadors for this warm welcome.

LFG! :zap:

Thank you very much for the information. By the way, may I ask additional questions about revenue? Specifically, what are the team’s target numbers? =)

gm @BoomBLB In the short term, our goal at Happ3n is to have the entire team full-time, which implies a monthly budget of approximately 25K in a conservative scenario to cover the current payroll. For now, not all members are full-time, but we aim to build a complete and stable team. This investment will also allow us to evolve our product and accelerate growth, and in the medium term, investment in knowledge, technologies and processes, as well as in additional personnel infrastructure to accelerate our progress and continue to evolve Happ3n.

Thank you for the details. By the way, I would like to ask about the direct and indirect competitors of the project - what are their details? =)

Great! The projects based on SocialFi are of great help for the development of ecosystems, also it is seen that its interface is very clean, I hope they continue to build on Astar and Soneium.

No worries for the delay; safe travels! Thanks for sharing these insights about Happ3n V2-it’s sounding like an exciting upgrade! The point is that with Happ3n, there is value on offer, specifically with the verified connection and incentivization of the community, which is huge for lasting relationships in Web3. The modularity makes it further very versatile for different event types, while the profile-sharing feature is a great addition.

The monetization features you’re about to bring in also sound equally exciting, and including NFTs with exclusive experiences could be a game-changer in event engagement. Looking forward to seeing all that happen between Q4 and Q1!

The two most direct ones are lu.ma (which has just integrated the option to connect via wallet and that is attracting a lot of community to put their events there) and Cryptonomads.

Although the focus that we give to Happ3n is the same as a connector towards communities and people who are looking for things like what you as a content creator or community are proposing for the ecosystem, so let’s say they are “competitors” to a certain extent, since we offer other types of experiences and rewards.

Indirect ones would be: Meetup, Eventbrite and Certain Social dApps.

But as I say in the end we differentiate ourselves since Happ3n differentiates itself by focusing on Web3 community events, integrating art, blockchain and interactive experiences that validate human connections through interaction tests verified on the blockchain. In addition, its proposal encourages the creation of genuine networks and community transformation, something that other traditional platforms do not offer.

Thank you very much yes topic of SocialFi is something that we are going to hear a lot about in the coming years within the ecosystem, since we are going to need a place or search engine where we can find all the variety of things that happen in the ecosystem, as well as enter trusted communities and that is something that Happ3n is going to provide and solve.

We will continue building here and we are very much in love with Astar’s technology, thank you for the good wishes.

Thank you so much for your kind words and understanding! We’re thrilled that you see the potential of Happ3n and what’s coming for this V2 and appreciate the core value we bring to the Web3 space. We truly believe that verified connections and community incentivization are key to fostering meaningful and long-lasting relationships, and it’s great to hear that resonates with you. Many of us have been in the ecosystem for several years and that has also matured the way users consume Web3-related things (content, events, ways to connect), and that’s something we’re bringing to the table with this V2 of Happ3n a more mature ecosystem that begs to belong to something for the long term.

We hope that these improvements will collectively elevate participation and engagement. Your support means a lot and we can’t wait to share all the progress as we move forward. Stay tuned!

Thank you very much for the information. I have a much clearer picture now. If you don’t mind, could I ask a follow-up question? From what I understand, there seem to be quite a few similar projects out there. Aside from the documentation mentioned earlier, what are the pros and cons of the business and team in this case? =)

I’m glad you’re finding the information useful. I’ll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

The important word here is precisely that ‘similar’ because at the end of the day no project is the same even if you do the same thing, for example social networks that copy business models such as implementing reels now all implement reels, that doesn’t make them the same. Since there is a whole structure behind it, different types of executions, times, team, training, maturation of ideas, etc.

As for the pros and cons of our company and team, one of our strong points is our approach and the founding minds of this project have more than 12 years in the technology sector, we have had several startups, we know the Web3 movement well from within and most importantly what we want to achieve with Happ3n, in turn the team that we have been adding to the project also contributes all its expertise and knowledge. This allows us to offer a distinctive value compared to other similar projects. We also have characteristics such as a collaborative culture, a diverse and experienced team, and a commitment to sustainability and truly contributing to the common good.

On the other hand, like any project, we have areas for improvement such as the challenges that arise every day and limited resources for now. These are areas that we are progressively working on to continue growing and differentiating ourselves.

Thank you for your interest, and do not hesitate to ask whatever you need. so that you can understand more clearly what we do within Happ3n as well as the growth we seek.

The collaborative culture you mentioned is intriguing. How does this play out day-to-day within your team? Are there specific processes or tools you’ve found especially effective for nurturing this environment?

At Happ3n, collaborative culture is lived daily through open and horizontal communication that allows everyone to contribute in their areas, as well as in others if they have ideas. We use Notion, G-Meets, Canva, Github, Gitbook, Figma, among others. For continuous and transparent collaboration, and we hold monthly retrospectives to constantly improve. Each member is free to propose ideas, and in the creation of V2 we are integrating advanced technology and gamification, driven by user feedback and team commitment.

@Max.eth @Sequaja @Juminstock @bao @pitcoin777 @MrKarahanli-Emre @Vangardem We are live here Astar Gov We look forward to your support :))

Definitely agree with you, SocialFi will unlock many use cases in the near future, NFT, DeFi, the possibilities are endless, some of its virtues are:

  1. Let users unwind in an all-in-one place.
  2. Connection between users.
  3. Secure exchange of assets.
  4. Content creation.

etc.

SocialFi’s future is huge. As decentralized platforms grow, NFTs and DeFi will integrate, creating a space where users connect, relax, and transact securely, while creators are incentivized to make content…

bullish in SocialFi 2025

Thank you very much for your answer. This helps me understand the picture much better. If I may, I’d like to consult with you a bit more.

Initially, I like the concept of SocialFi, and I would like to see it become practically usable someday. However, many projects haven’t been as successful as they should be. How does the team view the opportunities and obstacles in this regard? =)
