I think it’s a good initiative. However, I feel that what we’re getting is a bit weak compared to the requested budget.
In general, I agree with the idea of using various mediums for Astar to be aware more, including the use of physical books. For certain target audiences, especially those who may have limited access to the web, physical books could be particularly effective.
However, as we all know, the industry evolves rapidly, so publishing books after new developments are released publicly might risk the content becoming outdated very quickly. If we do decide to go forward with physical books, it would be wise to prepare them in advance. However, this preparation should ideally then be done by someone bound by an NDA (or team internally) to ensure confidentiality.
I am proud of you and it is very gratifying to see how you are contributing to the ecosystem in your field.
However, the need for such physical books is questionable. Why?
Timeliness.
The dynamics of the Web3 ecosystem change in 1-2 days, so it is necessary to have a constant source of sourced content on the active web (content from community members and ambassadors is an example)
I think it is not a good method for updating a cumulative and rapidly developing sector.
However, I can’t ignore the work you have done. If you need support for book printing costs retrospectively and you want to vote, I will definitely support you.
