At the moment your dApp is sitting on Tier 3 with 39M of ASTR being staked on your dApp complete with 900+ stakers. But wondering why all of your links on portal is showing warning for malicious site. I take a look also on your Discord, its shows no activity and your twitter also only RTing from Astar and Sota account.
I’m wondering if you guys can give explanation regarding your activity? Because I also take a look on dApp Radar, there’s no TX generated on the last 30days. If you guys already shutting down your operation I can understand that, but your dApp needs to be removed from dApp Staking obviously.
Thanks for bringing this topic to discussion @souleater
It’s been a long time I have no notice about Astar Exchange team since SpaceLabs finished its activities to be honest.
I can recall they have no plans to further develop the exchange, they said the product was delivered, but they still have a community who support and use their platform - please correct me team if I am not wrong.
Thanks for bringing up this topic. Hope to see any reasonable feedback from the team asap. By the way, their social media account barely has any activities. For example, on Twitter (or X), the latest tweet was about some campaign and it was Nov 2023…
Thanks for checking @souleater I agree with You , if the project is not active anymore they should be delisted from the Portal Let’s wait for the answer
Thank you for this post.
I also noticed this situation when Astar Exchange reaches Tier 3. After some research, I saw there was no more activity on social networks (last X post: november 2023) and the TVL of the DEX is very low.
I’m surprised the dApp was able to reach tier 3, is it because of the name ''Astar Exchange" ?
I agree with the points made about this project and would like to wait for the project’s response. If we cannot obtain an answer, we will need to consider what to do next.
Moreover, your post has led me to think. (@you425 also seems to be concerned about the same issue)
Currently, there are many dApps listed in dAppStaking, including UGC, totaling 87. Not only this project, but there may also be other projects in a similar situation. As the number increases, it will become challenging to examine each one individually. In cases where similar projects exist, should we discuss within the community how to address such situations moving forward?
Thanks for bringing up this and checking the dApp, @souleater
Yes, I think the project should be delisted if there is no activity from those social media and development side, hopefully the team could reach out soon
I think it is necessary.
My day job is keeping me busy right now and I don’t have time right now, but I will create a proposal about dApp Staking when I get settled in the near future.
(Although of course I would welcome someone else with time to create something similar)
Hi everyone, I also checked after this report and it actually seems that the project is not working at its best. I believe that the removal from dApp staking is right (unless the team justifies this period of “very calm on the social and development side”). DApp staking is a tool that helps an ecosystem of active , transparent and proactive projects so we have to give space to these projects and remove those that don’t work well. Thanks for the report
I think it could be effective to appoint someone from either the Astar Foundation or the Agents to check on the activity status of projects listed for dApp Staking.
Of course, this person would have no authority. They would simply relay the facts to the community, and the final decision would be made at the Town Hall.
@Gaius_sama G, wondering what’s our step after this. It’s been almost 2 weeks without an answer. Shall I make a proposal to AstarGov?
I think not only agents / team, but every members of the community had the right to voice their opinion or where they found an issue like this in this forum, and let the involved party answer the issue.
